Clouded Magpie

We’ve had a lot of good moths in the trap this year, but the moth of the year so far has been this Clouded Magpie seen in daytime on the banks of Loch Awe on 20 May.  It’s only been recorded this far north twice before, the last being by Clive Craik in 1980. Carl
